Is there an option to only allow 1 listener at a time? We have a UM mailbox that is used by a nursing department via phone only. Sometimes the message gets duplicated because it happens that two nurses are listening to the voicemail at
the same time. Is there any way the system can tell you if someone else is listening? In our previous voice mail system it would say something like “voicemail in use” and would only allow one person to access the voice box at once.
