Cannot Remove Language Pack [ERROR IsValiddomain]

I am trying to remove the en-GB Unified Messaging Pack on our Exchange 2013 Installation so that i can install CU23. when i run the command:

Setup.exe /RemoveUmLanguagePack:EN-GB

It returns an error, looking in the ExchnageSetup.log it is showing the below error:

[01/29/2020 11:22:13.0985] [0] The Exchange Server setup operation didn't complete.  More details can be found in ExchangeSetup.log located in the <SystemDrive>:\ExchangeSetupLogs folder.

I have rebooted the server multiple times, i have reset my Internet Explorer Settings and rebooted following an article i found online. There is no support information i can find on this issue particularly.
