We have Cisco Call manager integrated with Exchange Server 2013 (4 Servers) On premise. We have Subscriber access configured for an office in NY, we are able to reach Subscriber access number just fine however After you enter the extension it
prompts "Sorry you have a mailbox that is not supported by this unified messaging server" and drops the call. This extension number is UM enabled with a Mailbox associated with a service account for business purpose. We are able to dial
the extension number directly and reach voicemail just fine however not via Subscriber access number. Can someone help us throw some light on the same?
