VoiceMail not working

Hi,

I am triying to integrate Lync 2013 and vociemail with Exchange 2013.

when i make a call to a lync user and ia select to redirect to voicemail, Lync client says that is done but the call is still ringing like if nobody answered it.

Any idea?
