Hello All -
We currently utilize "Dial by Name" Auto Attendant within our Organization. We have a front lobby where we would like to place a phone and when picked up a number is dialed and gives the feature set of Dial By Name .... this is the drawback. We do not want our executives to be able to be reached. Normal employees is ok but where this phone is sitting, we do not want to give the ability to access. I thought about creating an CustomAttritube "DontDial" and creating an address list based on it then assigning the AA to that address list. The only drawback is when a new user is created we will have to remember this setting.
Suggestions or other recommendations?
