We have exchange 2013 unified messaging integration with SKYPE 2015 and we have branch 4 site in SKYPE environment where we are using SONUS SBC with LYNC 2013.
Suddenly from one branch site we got the issue with Auto Attendant stop working. and on exchange um server we are getting below event 1344. We have restarted all exchange servers. but still same issue. what next we can troubleshoot here to get the issue. certificate is fine on UM server with server FQDN. we are getting issue with only one site rest is working fine with same UM servers. dial plan is different for each site.
The Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging service on the Mailbox server failed to deliver the MWI notification '0/1 (unread/read)' for the UM-enabled mailbox Username1(8c22ebce-6a19-495d-b306-4de1dab45e9d)' associated with UM extension Username1@domain.com. Until this problem is corrected, the MWI state for this user may be out of sync. Additional information:
There are no more targets available to send an MWI message for user username1.
