Hi, we are migrating from Lync 2010 to Lync 2013, all the features are working well, and the client has Exchange Serve 2010 with UM enabled.
When a client try to call to an extension of UM what are configured into "Telephone to associate" in the tab "Subscriber Access" the following error message appear into the screen:
"could not make the call"
Can anyone help us?
