Seach User by Extension Number and vice versa

Is there a way, in the Microsoft Exchange Console, to seach for a user by their extension number and vice versa? I work in a school district and over time people lose track of which teacher had which phone. I cannot assign an extension number to another teacher without first disabling the previous user of that extension number.
